Do you handle both the testing and the cleanup?

Yes. We inspect and test, remediate what the results call for, and verify the work with clearance testing afterward — all under one contract, so nothing gets lost between contractors.

You test and then sell me the remediation — is that a conflict?

It is a fair question, so we are straightforward about it. Testing is quoted and billed separately from any remediation work, the lab data comes from an independent accredited laboratory, and the report is yours to take to another contractor if you prefer. If you would rather have clearance testing done by a third party, we will work with them.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the building, the number of samples, and the scope of any work needed. Call or send an inquiry and we will quote the inspection before we schedule anything.

How fast can you get out here?

Usually within a few business days, and same-day where we can for active water damage. Lab turnaround adds a few more days depending on the test.

Can I use the report for a real estate transaction?

Yes. Reports include photographs, sampling locations, and accredited lab data, in a form suitable for buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders.
